BizFlowAI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BizFlowAI, a business productivity application operated by Riggs Web Development. By accessing or using BizFlowAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

BizFlowAI provides tools for customer management, messaging, invoicing, and business automation. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions taken under your login. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential.

3. Google OAuth & Email Access

If you connect your Gmail account, you authorize BizFlowAI to:

• Read your email address and basic profile information
• Access your inbox messages (read‑only unless you send messages through BizFlowAI)
• Send email on your behalf

You may disconnect your Google account at any time. BizFlowAI does not store your Gmail password.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges until you cancel. Refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

5. User Data

You retain full ownership of all customer data, messages, and business information stored within BizFlowAI. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use BizFlowAI for spam or abusive messaging
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the service
• Use the service for illegal activities

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated, changed, or removed at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

BizFlowAI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using BizFlowAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
